Privacy Policy
How Puurna Homeopathy Clinic collects, uses and protects the information you share when booking and attending a consultation.
Information we collect
When you book, we collect your name, contact details, date of birth, city, preferred communication channel and the reason you are seeking consultation.
During and after a consultation, the practitioner records clinical notes and follow-up plans as part of your patient record.
Payment is processed by our payment provider. The clinic records the amount, status and receipt reference only, and never stores your card or bank details.
How we use it
To schedule, confirm and deliver your consultation, and to send appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-up notices.
To maintain your patient record so that care remains continuous across visits.
To meet record-keeping and accounting obligations that apply to the clinic.
Who can see your records
Clinical notes are accessible to the consulting practitioner. Administrative staff can see booking, scheduling and payment information needed to run the clinic, and do not have blanket access to clinical notes.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share clinical information for marketing purposes.
Marketing communication
Consent for optional updates and clinic news is asked for separately from the consents required to deliver your consultation. You may withdraw it at any time without affecting your care.
Your choices
You may ask for a copy of your information, request corrections, or ask us to stop optional communication by contacting the clinic.
