Cancellation & Refund Policy
What happens if you need to reschedule or cancel a prepaid appointment.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once, free of charge, if you give notice at least the required number of hours before your appointment. The current notice period is shown on your booking confirmation.
Rescheduling is subject to availability within weekday consulting hours.
Cancellation
Cancellations made within the notice period are eligible for a refund of the consultation fee, less any payment-gateway charges that are not recoverable.
Cancellations made after the notice period, or non-attendance without notice, are generally not refundable, because the slot cannot be offered to another patient at short notice.
If the clinic cancels
If the practitioner has to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered the next suitable slot or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method and are usually processed within [placeholder: number of working days].
Technical problems in online consultations
If an online consultation cannot take place because of a failure at the clinic's end, it will be rescheduled at no cost or refunded in full.
